APPLY COUPON CODE AFTER PURCHASE

Request a (partial) refund through our treasurer with an unused coupon code. Please note that we only allow (partial) refunds in specific circumstances, and at our own discretion.

Deadline: the Sunday before the start of the congress. Refund requests submitted during or after the congress week will be declined, regardless of the reason(s) for the request. If your submitted coupon code is valid, please wait until a couple weeks after the end of the congress for you (partial) refund to go through.
