As a passive participant, you can purchase your ticket(s) directly!
You can buy tickets for yourself, as well as for any of your friends or colleagues.

13 July 2025 (international students)
20 July 2025 (Belgian students)

Admission results: 3-6 weeks after your submission (no later than 31 August 2025)
Submit one or more abstracts by clicking the button below and filling in the corresponding form. You can submit as many abstracts as you like. Each abstract only has to be submitted once, even if the corresponding presentation will be done by multiple participants.
