AMSC - Antwerp Medical Students' Congress 2021 - Passive participation

The 15th edition will take place from the 13th to the 18th of September 2021, in person (physically), in Antwerp, Belgium, consisting of our academic programme from the 14th to the 17th and our social programme from the 13th to the 18th. We will spend the first two days of the academic programme sharing all knowledge gathered by research conducted by medical and paramedical students during poster and oral presentations, interspersed with a few lectures from experts. Afterwards, we will enlighten you on the best medicine done in Antwerp and Belgium via more interesting lectures and workshops. Every evening, we will organise social activities, ending with the AMSC Festival on the fourth day academic day.

On Monday 13 September and Saturday 18 September, we are planning more informal social and cultural activities, which is why they are not part of any of the tickets. More information about the contents will follow on our website and social media. Once you have registered for AMSC 2021, keep an eye out on your mailbox for the opportunity to confirm your presence at these activities.

We highly recommend you come to these activities as well if you're interested in the social programme, especially on Monday as this will give you the chance to get to know your fellow congress participants before the official start of the AMSC. If you are an international student that wants to participate in the social programme, we suggest that you try to arrive in your Antwerp hotel before Monday noon if possible so you can get the full experience.

You can preregister as an active participant until Saturday the 14th of August 2021 and register as a passive participant until the Tuesday the 31st of August 2021. Don’t postpone it for too long however. As we only have a limited amount of spots in our workshops, the earlier you purchase your tickets for AMSC 2021, the higher the chances that you will receive invitations to the workshops of your preference. AMSC ambassadors also have a higher chance of getting their preferred choices, regardless of their time of registration. You will be able to pass along your preferences in the weeks leading up to AMSC 2021 through a form that we will send you via email.

Definitely consider purchasing a full programme ticket, as these are substantially (10-20%) cheaper than the sum of the corresponding day tickets.

If you wish to order tickets not just for yourself but also for another person, please do so in a separate order. Tickets are only valid for the person whose information you have put into the registration form during checkout.
